Dangle Earrings - original photoLay out beads on bead board or table in the order you want to thread on earring. Work with your design for balance, symmetry, asymmetry, whatever look you are trying to achieve! Thread the beads on the head pins, threading the beads that will be at the bottom of the dangle first. Leave at least ½' wire at the top of the head pin for round loops, or 1" for wrapped loops. Using a round nosed and bent nosed pliers, make a round loop or wrapped loop at the top of the string of beads.

Attach the head pin to one earring finding using pliers to open loop on the finding or a jump ring. Remember when opening round loops, whether they are on the finding or as a jump ring, always gently twist the two ends of the loop sideways away from each other...don't ever pull the loop open by distorting the circular shape.

Use earring backs (I like the clear plastic or rubber ones for both French or post findings over the stainless "wing" type) to hold on a card or in your ear.
