Easy Chain and Bead Anklet
For this anklet, I’ve used some pre-made rolo chain, 20g sterling silver wire, and 6mm round peridot beads. Length is approximately 9″ (average length for an ankle bracelet).
Level: Beginner
Materials
Sterling silver rolo chain, about 8″ long
20 Sterling Silver wire
6mm round beads (4)
2″ Sterling Silver head pin (1)
Sterling silver lobster clasp
4mm sterling silver jump ring (8)

Easy Chain Bead and Anklet
Cut four lengths of chain 2″ long.
Make three wrapped loop eye pins using the beads and wire. I work directly from the spool of wire so that there is no waste. String the bead on the wire before making the first loop. Next, make a wrapped loop at the end of the wire using a round-nosed pliers. Flip the wire around so the bead falls to the wrapped loop, and create another wrapped loop at the top of the bead. Clip wire. Repeat for two other beads.
Attach the eye pins to the chain using jump rings. At one end of a section of chain, thread a jump ring, the loop from an eye pin, and close the ring. Add a jump ring on the other end of the eye pin and attach the next section of chain. Repeat with the other two eye pins and sections of chain.
Make a dangle using the last bead and the headpin. I like to make my dangles using a wrapped loop so they don’t easily slip off the anklet.
At one end of the chain, add the lobster clasp and the dangle to the chain using a jump ring. Add the last jump ring to the other end of the chain.
