Fleur-De-Lis Earrings
The Fleur-de-Lis symbol is best recognized as associated with French royalty and coats of arms. These wire dangles reminded me of the symbol and lotus flowers, even though they are not the "perfect" fleur-de-lis shape. Antiquing with Liver of Sulfur or hard boiled egg draws out the detail in the spiral, but you may opt to leave them a shiny natural silver color.

Make Swirled Loop French Earrings for ear wires.
For Fleur de Lis dangles:
Cut 2 1/2" 20g wire. Make a tiny loop at one end using a round nosed pliers and continue to make a tight spiral around the loop using a flat nosed pliers (two complete loops around the end of the inside loop). At the other end of the wire, make another spiral. Be sure both spirals go the same direction.
Measure the center mark of the wire, marking with a Sharpie marker if desired. Using the tip of the round-nosed, pliers, cross over the spirals so that they face out of the loop created. Use 26g wire to wrap 3x where the wires cross to keep the spirals in place.
Hang dangle from ear wire. Repeat for second earring.
