Seven 6mm clear top-drilled Swarovski bicone pendants
Two 4mm clear Swarovski bicones
Nine 4mm black Swarovski bicones
Eleven 2" thin head pins
For an 18" necklace (not counting clasp), cut two lengths of chain, one 9", one 9 1/2". On the longer length of chain, starting at the bottom, use the 26g wire to hang a 6mm clear pendant, using a wrapped loop that attaches directly on the last link of the chain. On the next link up from the bottom, hang a 4mm black bicone, using a headpin to create the loop. On the same link, but opposite side, hang a 4mm clear bicone. Next link up, repeat using the remaining 4mm clear bicone and another 4mm black bicone.
Skip two links and hang a 6mm pendant from the chain to create a dangle. Skip one link, and on the same side of the link as the clear dnagle, hang a 4mm black bicone. The effect is that the crystals will hang off the same side of the chain when the necklace is worn.
Skip four links and repeat with another 6mm clear pendant and a 4mm black bicone. Skip four more links and repeat again. You will now have a cluster of dangles at the bottom of the chain and three sets of clear and black crystals evenly spaced on the same side of the chain length.
On the short piece of chain, start two links from the bottom with a 6mm clear pendant, skip one link and hang a 4mm black bicone. Skip four links, repeat; skip four links, repeat.
Attach the two lengths of chain together just above the top of the crystal cluster using a 4mm jump ring created from the 22g wire or the premade jump ring. Be sure the dangles hang down on both side of the chain. There should be two open links on either side of the cluster before the clear and black dangles on the chain continue.
Attach the magnetic clasp to the open ends of the chain using the remaining jump rings or 22g wire.
To hang loops directly on chain, thread wire or headpin through chain on the side of the link you want the dangle to hang from. Hold the wire or headpin with a round-nosed pliers just below the chain, and wrap the loose end around the chain link and the pliers. Wrap end around stem 2-3 times, clip excess using a wire cutter and use crimping pliers to finish end.
